How do I Order using Pay Pal?

Once you've found your putter, click on the Add to Cart button.  A new window will pop up showing you what you have selected with the order price.  If you wish to continue shopping, just click the Continue Shopping button and continue on.  Once your finished shopping, you may click on the View Cart button to open the Pay Pal window again.

What type of Payment do you accept?

Payment type depends on your ordering method.  PayPal payments (paying online) accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.  Five Hole Putters offices accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa, checks and cash.

How soon will my order been shipped?  And, how much is shipping?

FHP putters are shipped via ground service and usually ship within 7-10 business days.  If you would like faster delivery, please call us at our number listed below.  If there will be any delay, we will notify you of it.  International shipments will go via International Ground.   If you need your shipment sent sooner than that please contact us for other delivery options, 850-324-3992.

Shipping is based on cost of order.  Orders between $1.00-100.00 are $7.95, $100.01-199.99 are $12.95, $200.00-299.99 $15.95; orders over $300.00 are based on weight.  Shipments to Canada are higher and will include a customs fee and duties also.

How do I know if you received my order?

You should receive an email from PayPal completing your order.  If you don't receive an email after you believe you've completed your order, please contact us at 850-324-3992.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of the purchase.  Contact us at 850-324-3992, for a refund.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

Your putter also comes with a 14-day return policy.  If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your putter you may return it for a refund of the putter price.  Shipping costs can not be refunded. Custom Putter Orders can not be returned since they were specifically created for you.  If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it we will gladly do it.  The shipping will have to be paid by the customer though.  You must call us to set up the return at 850-324-3992.
